The Degree Search Profile Matching System has been extensively researched for over 20 years. It assumes that people and environments can be classified into the following six types: Realistic (R); Investigative (I); Artistic (A); Social (S); Enterprising (E); and Conventional (C).
The Degree Search Profile is the only multi-domain academic career advising assessment that estimates how closely you resemble these six types, for each of the three domains: interests, self-efficacy, and personality, and then matches your profile to 68 of the best college degrees, best online degrees, or best career training programs, based on a “four star match scale rating.”
